Ingredients Directions
  • 2 chilli TOFU
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 4 pears
  • 100 g mixed nuts
  • 100 g grapes
  • 1 package salad greens mix
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  1. Peel and pit the pears. Cut into quarters.
  2. Wash and half the grapes.
  3. Wash salad mix and set aside to fully drain.
  4. Peel the celery and cut into small pieces.
  5. Place salad leaves, celery, grapes, and pears on serving plates. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle with crumbled tofu and chopped mixed nuts.
