Tofu skewer with zucchini

Tofu skewer with zucchini will have its own fan club at every barbeque. It can especially appealing for the more beautiful half of society. Tofu in this recipe ensures you get your allowance of healthy proteins.

Tofu skewer with zucchini

A shish-ka-bob or skewered zucchini is easy to cook with different tofu flavors. If you don’t have a taste for our spicy chilli tofu, try basil or marinated:

Ingredients Directions
  • 2 packages chilli TOFU
  • 3 zucchini
  • 1 eggplant
  • 2 onions
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt
  1. Wash, clean and cut vegetables into even pieces.
  2. In a larger bowl, mix lemon juice, oil, pressed garlic, salt, and pepper. Put the chopped vegetables into the dressing and gently toss.
  3. Put the vegetables and big TOFU cubes alternately onto wooden skewers.
  4. Grill the skewers on a grill or grill pan for about 5 minutes on each side.


Kids love skewers, because the stick as an eating tool is a very attractive thing. Do not hesitate to make them for your kids; but in this case, it’s best to have tofu without the chilli. J
