Tofu recipes – basic bunt cake with tofu

Certainly, you are familiar with this situation! It is Sunday, you’ve spent all morning preparing food for yourself and for your family, then comes the question of dessert. Tofu recipes – basic bunt cake with tofu

We used semolina instead of flour, added tofu, and in order to make it even better, we added our fermented soy drink, which gives the bunt cake the right “density” so that it doesn’t crumble between your fingers.

What we need: Directions:
  • 200g brown sugar
  • 200g butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 2x 180g natural tofu
  • 1 cup fermented soy drink or soy drink
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 lemon /zest and juice/
  • ½ packet baking powder (6g)
  • 200g baby meal (semolina grits)
  • 100 g cooking chocolate
  • 2 spoons cocoa
  • cocoa for dusting
  1. In a bowl, mix butter, sugar, egg yolks, and lemon juice until light and foamy. Stir in tofu. Then stir in semolina mixed with backing powder and a pinch of salt.
  2. Whisk egg whites and vanilla sugar until light whipped peaks form. Then add the eggwhite mixture to the batter. Stir in.
  3. In a greased bunt pan, sprinkle in baby meal and carefully pour in batter. Back the bunt cake at 180 for about 60 minutes.
