Strawberry Smoothie

Tofu makes this strawberry smoothie slightly thicker. It is refreshing while being a nutritious drink for a hot day.

Strawberry Smoothie

On hot summer days, if you take on high energy needs, but your stomach isn’t able to take on a hearty hot meal, then thanks to this recipe for a strawberry smoothie you will have a decent alternative for your body’s need of quality proteins:

Ingredients Directions
  • 2 packages natural TOFU
  • 400 g strawberries
  • 250 ml cranberry juice
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • Whole strawberries for garnish

 

  1. Wash, clean, and cut strawberries into smaller pieces.
  2. Set aside about 2 tbsp. strawberries, blend the rest with tofu, juice, and honey until smooth.
  3. Add the remaining strawberries to the blended mixture and mix into four glasses.         Finally, garnish with whole strawberries.
