Savory crepes with spinach

Sweet crepes served as lunch or dinner aren’t for everyone. That’s why this recipe for stuffed savory crepes will certainly be a great success:

Ingredients Directions
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 ml milk
  • 250 g flour (finely ground)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cooking oil
  • Filling:
  • 2 packages Basil TOFU
  • 400 g fresh spinach
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 shallots
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil


  1. In a bowl, whisk eggs in milk; add flour and a pinch of salt.
  2. Work into a smooth dough and make a thin crepe in an oiled hot pan. When done, set aside in a warm spot.
  3. On an oiled pan, sauté finely chopped garlic and shallots.
  4. Add sorted, washed, and drained spinach to the pan and stir until completely wilted.
  5. Remove from heat, mix in chopped TOFU and roll into cooked crepes.
