Roasted vegetables make a full-bodied meal and you can choose your tofu according to which flavor you like most. All different kinds of tofu go very well with vegetables.

Roasted vegetables with TOFU

Roasted vegetables are a delicacy that can’t be turned down by even those fanatic meat-lovers.

Ingredients Directions
  • 1 package Basil TOFU
  • 200 g carrots
  • 100 g parsley
  • 1/2 celery root/celeriac
  • 2 kohlrabi
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • Olive oil
  • Ground black pepper
  • Sea salt
  1. Clean, peel, and cut the vegetables into equally sized strips.
  2. Mix the vegetables in a roasting dish, drizzle with oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread slices of tofu on top and sprinkle with torn rosemary.
  4. Place in an oven pre-heated to 180°C and bake about 30 minutes.
