Recipe for Chocolate Cake – Brownie

A brownie is actually a kind of baked chocolate cake with added eggs and other ingredients. This chocolate cake with additional eggs, honey, coffee, and even tofu is a sweet specialty, which will sweeten your coffee time with family and friends. 

Recipe for Chocolate Cake – Brownie

Ingredients Directions
  • 1 package natural TOFU
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tbsp. honey
  • Handful of chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp. instant coffee
  • Cocoa powder for sprinkling

 
  1. Chop the chocolate and melt it with butter in a bowl over hot water.
  2. In a blender or food processor, mix TOFU, eggs, honey and coffee. Put the batter into a bowl and thoroughly mix it with the melted chocolate and chopped nuts. Pour the batter into a smaller square-baking pan, lined with baking paper.
  3. Back in an oven pre-heated to 180 °C for about 40 minutes.
  4. After baking, allow the cake to cool in the pan. Before serving sprinkle with cocoa and cut into squares.
