No time to cook, but you love sweets and desserts? Our no bake cake with tofu isn’t just quickly prepared, but thanks to its great ingredients it’s also very tasty.

No bake cake with fruit and tofu

We add pureed natural tofu, sponge biscuits, vanilla sugar, fruit, probiotic yogurt and cocoa to sour cream – we believe that that this delicious combination with taste just as good to you as it did to us.


What we need: Directions:
  • 2 packages sponge biscuits
  • 1 sour cream
  • 1 vanilla sugar (20g)
  • 2x 180g natural tofu
  • 2x probiotic yogurt
  • 400g wild berries
  • Cocoa for decoration
  1. Put down one layer of sponge biscuits into a baking mold (spring form pan) of appropriate size.
  2. Blend tofu, sour cream, and yogurt, mix in vanilla sugar to make a cream batter and spread half of it on the biscuits.
  3. Put on an even layer of wild berries and then repeat the three layers.
  4. Finally, decorate the cake with cocoa and the remaining berries.
