Fennel salad with tofu chilli

Have you ever tasted fennel? Those of you who have heard something about fennel or its taste, or have even given it a try, certainly you were pleasantly surprised. In addition to the common roasted fennel, with potatoes and different kinds of fish, fennel salad with tofu is also an excellent meal, which will surely surprise you with its unusual taste.

Fennel salad with tofu chilli

In addition of fennel this salad contains tomatoes, chilli tofu, arugula, black olives, pumpkin seeds, olive oil, and salt, of course. The advantage of this is that if you dislike any singular ingredient, you can exchange it without a problem for something else.


What we need: Directions:
  • 1ks fennel bulb
  • 400g tomatoes
  • 2 x 180 chilli tofu
  • 130 arugula
  • 200g black olives
  • 50g pumpkin seeds
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  1. Chop fennel, tomatoes, and tofu into smaller pieces and mix with arugula, olives, and pumpkin seeds.
  2. Season prepared salad with salt and olive oil and serve.
