Curry TOFU with cashews and rice

Basically, just quickly brown the main ingredients, cook some rice, and the recipe is done:

Ingredients Directions
  • 2 packages natural TOFU
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Ketchup and oil
  • Curry spice
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • Cashews


  1. Cut tofu into cubes and fry to golden brown in an oiled pan. Remove from the pan.
  2. Sautee finely chopped onion and garlic in oil. Add chopped bell pepper strips and finely chopped celery, sauté briefly together.
  3. In a bowl, mix a little ketchup, soy sauce, and curry spice. Add mixture to the vegetables; reduce temperature and simmer, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.
  4. Finally, add tofu cubes and cashew nuts, stir and serve.
  5. Serve with steamed rice.
